Theo Jones is an Academy Award-nominated VFX Supervisor, based in London. Since joining Framestore in 2003, Theo has worked across a wealth of titles and projects including major film releases and commercial campaigns and immersive experiences and technical innovations. His impressive list of credits include his role as CG Supervisor on Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Paddington 2, as well as being VFX Supervisor on Disney’s VFX Oscar-nominated Christopher Robin. Theo’s creativity is complemented by his technical expertise which has seen him working on several innovative projects like the multi award-winning Lockheed Mars Bus, the world's first group VR vehicle, as well as on major VR activation Battle for Avengers Tower and the content generation for Morgan Stanley as the bank overhauled their LED presence at their headquarters in New York’s Times Square. This wide-ranging and extensive experience across several different industries made Theo the perfect person to lead the technology teams behind the latest innovative projects including FUSE, the development of a brand new real-time VFX pipeline and PRESENT which is seeing the team produce the next-generation of digital humans.
