Sean Kennedy has been working in special effects for over 20 years, starting in miniatures, creatures, and makeup effects on movies like “Spider-man” “The Santa Clause 2” and “Men in Black 2” before transitioning to digital vfx in 2001. Working mainly as a compositor and using 3D to compliment his work, he’s worked at studios like Cafe FX and Rhythm & Hues on movies such as “Austin Powers in Goldmember”, “Meet the Fockers”, “Sin City”, “Night at the Museum”, and even Academy Award winners “The Golden Compass” and “Life of Pi”. Currently at CoSA VFX in Los Angeles, he’s working mostly on TV lately, shows such as “Stranger Things”, “Lucifer”, “Agents of SHIELD”, and Visual Effects Emmy winners “Gotham” and “Westworld”.
