Jane is a 2D Lead Compositor at Union


In 2011, Jane graduated from Bournemouth University with a BA in Computer Animation & Visualisation. Jane then started her career at Lipsync as a roto/prep artist. Jane's quick ascent in the industry led her to join Cinesite in 2013 as a prep artist, and transitioning into compositing that same year. During her time there, she worked on notable projects like Robocop, Edge of Tomorrow, and Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb. Later experience at top studios like DNEG and ILM, Jane worked on productions such as Altered Carbon and The Mandalorian, propelling her compositing career.


Jane's journey at Union began in 2020, where she started off as a compositor working on Wheel of Time and Operation Mincemeat. Her dedication and skills set her apart and she was soon promoted to Lead Compositor. Among Jane's impressive credits as a 2D lead are The Sandman, Moon Knight, Pennyworth, and All of Us Strangers. She has also gained recognition for her outstanding work as a lead on Poor Things, earning a BAFTA nomination for Special Visual Effects and shortlisted for an Academy Award in Best Visual Effects.
